6. Booking and Payment

6.1 Booking Process

When you book a service through Boansel:

  • You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of booking
  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Service providers reserve the right to accept or decline bookings
  • You must provide accurate information during the booking process

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net banking
  • Digital wallets
  • Other payment methods as displayed on the platform

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay, etc.). We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

6.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.

7. Refund Policy

Programming With Maurya and Boansel are committed to providing quality services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both service providers and customers.

7.1 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service Provider Cancellation: If a service provider cancels a booking, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent the service from being delivered and cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Service Not Delivered: If a service provider fails to deliver the booked service without cancellation, you may request a refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged multiple times for the same booking, we will refund the duplicate charges.

7.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • If you cancel a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled time (unless otherwise specified by the service provider)
  • If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice
  • If you are dissatisfied with the service quality but the service was delivered as described
  • For digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • If you violate our Terms of Service

7.3 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team through the platform or email within 7 days of the service date
  2. Provide your booking ID and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and bank. It may take up to 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7.4 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If a service is partially completed
  • If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent full service delivery
  • At the discretion of the service provider and Boansel

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel bookings subject to the following:

  • More than 24 hours before: Full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable)
  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund (unless service provider agrees otherwise)
  • No-show: No refund will be provided

8.2 Service Provider Cancellation

If a service provider cancels a booking:

  • You will receive a full refund automatically
  • We will notify you immediately via email or platform notification
  • You may be offered alternative time slots if available

9. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers ("Creators") agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their services
  • Deliver services as described and at the scheduled time
  • Maintain professional conduct during all interactions
  • Respect customer privacy and confidentiality
  • Provide adequate notice for cancellations (minimum 24 hours when possible)
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Respect service providers and other users
  • Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Not share account credentials with others
  • Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide adequate notice for cancellations

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Boansel, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Programming With Maurya or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Service providers retain ownership of their content and materials. By using the platform, service providers grant Boansel a license to display and distribute their content for the purpose of providing the Service.

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
